What about DNA records for people convicted of computer crimes? How is this helpful? Are they going to come up with a DNA profile for a computer criminal? Then how will this DNA information be used - will it be accessible to insurance companies to evaluate your medical risks especially in lieu of some nationalized healthcare initiative? Once this information is out there on record it will remain there indefinitely and become accessible to many more people than you would want.....
