I have a customer located in Andover, MA that is looking to up their bandwidth. They are currently running fractional T1 (384) and want to go to full T1 while carrying approx ~14 phone lines over the connection in addition to the data services.
So far I've arranged for qoutes from their current provider and one other company that I've worked with in the past. Any recommendations for good providers in the Andover area?
