Guess it's time for me to toss my $.02 into the ring: yes, I've heard from Lightship that Choice One (my company's telco/ISP) was on the outs. I heard that before we moved into our current building, about 1.5 years ago -- obviously, it's yet to come to pass. However, I have had some issues with their tech support. Granted, some of the problems we've had have been fairly esoteric, but it strikes me that the knowledge of even second-level tech support isn't all that hot on the data side of things. Voice? They're great. Data? Lukewarm. Of course, even lukewarm probably beats the pants off the Big Guys' support, but it'd be nice to have something that a) gets escalated "to engineering," and then (*gasp*) b) gets addressed/fixed. I'm just ornery that way. ;-) -Ken ***************************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the text 'unsubscribe gnhlug' in the message body. *****************************************************************
