This may not be the best answer, but Red Hat uses Linux everywhere.
I interviewed there last year and everyone from the receptionist to HR
and (of course) developers had Linux/StarOffice on their desktop.

I asked a few non-tech people working there what they thought and
they said there was a bit of training to get familiar with how Linux
worked, but got over it pretty quickly.
