Try installing evolution-data-server-devel. That should help get you
further.
Alternatively get the latest version of gnome-shell-build-setup.sh and
run it - that should take care of all build requisites.

I hope the incomplete build (still pending ... at GS) will not have
adverse effect as I do these things. I got evolution-data-server-devel
