Donato, I believe Malcolm was mentioning about the general gnome keyboard shortcut. You should be able to configure it in System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Windows (2nd setting in the list). I have it mapped to Alt+F11, not to interfere with F11 shortcut in other apps (like firefox etc.).
