Ok. It seems a little odd, to say the least, that a change as major as something that causes archives to be wholesale not readable was made as a minor-minor update of the code. I don't think people expect that level of profound difference and backward compatibility breakage, as it seems to be, between a 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 release.
