I am using the behavior of baz 1.4 as the template. I will examine the 1.5 behavior further.
I did the manual merge because I wanted to use tla as the basis and Tom did not like some of the later additions of baz and clearly the baz changes were large. I wanted to keep the tla base intact, at least for now, as it is a generally reliable base and we do not want to do revolutionary changes for Arch 1 anyway--the new designs all happen elsewhere. --- Matthieu Moy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Andy Tai <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > > tla switch revision > > > > to switch the current directory to the specified revision > > Is there a particular reason why you rejected all the improvements of > Bazaar 1.5 in the switch command? > > Also, I don't understand why you take code from Bazaar manually > instead of actually merging. Well, it depends up to which point you want to bring tla. > For example, are you interested in Bazaar's archive registry, or its > cache mechanism?
