Case number 1:07-cv-11070-LTS. On this page http://www2.verizon.net/micro/actiontec/actiontec.asp Verizon continues to distribute GPL'd works in binary form utterly ignoring the GPL. The case against Verizon http://www.softwarefreedom.org/news/2007/dec/07/busybox/verizon.pdf was dismissed WITH PREJUDICE against plaintiffs. regards, alexander. -- http://gng.z505.com/index.htm (GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards too, whereas GNU cannot.) _______________________________________________ gnu-misc-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnu-misc-discuss
