The problem is probably that the title and the first staff together
are taller than \textheight. Try to increase \textheight (or use
\enlargethispage* if you just want the first page taller).
The alternative would be to include both the title and the
first staff line in a single vbox, but then you'd have to edit
the lilypond generated TeX code manually.
