It looks like I have several ways of doing this.
1. Hack ly2dvi so that it extracts the first staff from the tex file
and put it in a bow with the title. I guess it should also extract
the definitions at the beginning of the tex file, and of course it
should then include all the staffs but the first one.
1bis. Hack lilypond so that it produces 3 tex files instead of one :
one for the definitions, one for the first staff, and a last one
for others staffs.
2. Hack lilypond so that it includes the title in the tex file from
the start.
What would you prefer ?
