In 1.3.x, we're busy integrating guile for more things. Most properties
are now scheme, you should use:
\property Voice.beamAutoEnd = #(make-moment 3 8)
this may very well change.
In these cases, it may be helpful to check-out how it's done in the
input/test/* files that we use, or how the defaults are being set in
the ly/* file.
