Is there an easy way to change the title font? (And the composer font,
etc.) I've looked through all the documentation, and I edited the
titledefs.tex but still got nothing.
Also, with 1.3.67 (and 1.3.51 which I was using before), crescendoes and
dynamics are printed way too close to the staff, and fermatas won't print
right at all (they're either too close or on the wrong side of the
staff). Are these just "features" of the development version (and thus
should I downgrade to the latest stable build), or am I doing something
wrong? Finally, do dynamics and/or crescendoes make it into MIDI
output? The documentation says that some things don't, but it's not
exactly clear on what.
