Basically Jan did all of the grunt work. He wrote the basic functionality
into lily and I poked around in chord-names.scm until I figured out the
basic pattern. Once I had that figured out, I asked Jan about implementing
a few more ideas to make the mechanism even more flexible and he put them
in. So, basically, Jan did all of the hard work and I just went in
afterwards and put in the interval patterns and label formatting.
