Thank you for your support. Now I installed latest version 1.1.27 and this is
working regarding QIF.
However I have a BIG headache with this imported material. 
1. Totally different concept than Quicken. 
2. How to do:
        a.      Split transaction?
        b.      Memorized transaction??
        c.      Amortized transaction -mortgage- (liability)???
        when you have already imported account.
