I'd highly recommend the Buslogic (now Mylex) card(s). I have both,
and I prefer the latter. In addition, they're *extremely* Linux
friendly.
Further, the less expensive Mylex FlashPoint cards, which I have in
the lab (I have a MultiMaster at home), appear to support hardware
RAID out of the box at the BIOS level, though we don't use that. The
MultiMaster's advantage appears to be more on-card CPU horsepower
FWIW.
