I wish there were a way to mark a parent as "NO TXNS", which would
imply that a parent should have no transactions of its own.  For
example, I have a structure that looks something like this:

        .../USTrust/
        .../USTrust/Savings
        .../USTrust/Checking

"USTrust" is just a placeholder, and should never get any transactions
on its own.  Unfortuately, there is no way to set this or to have
GnuCash enforce this.  Indeed, I believe that if an account is a
parent of another account, this flag should be the default behavior.

This would imply that a "parent" is just a folder name, which in most
cases it is!
