Very odd.  That string certainly looks translated in the scheme source.
It could be a bug in the po file.  But in the report (register.scm)
the only place where the string "Total Credits" is used is in a translated
string:

./src/report/standard-reports/register.scm:             (add-subtotal-row (_
"Total Credits") leader table used-columns

So this string should be translated.

I would have expected it to be, but I don't know.
