Uh, no. You'd still need those fonts to create the document, and you have to pay for them for that purpose... meaning that everyone who wants to build a PDF of the Japanese docs would have to buy and download the Adobe fonts. Tamaguchi-san's recommendation of the free IPA fonts is much more palatable.
