This appears to be a problem accessing a DLL file . If it really is looking
in the path " C\Program Files(x86)\nucash\bin\" and not "C\Program
Files(x86)\gnucash\bin", it is likely there is a fault somewhere in the
build and installation process in which case it will be important to
identify exactly which version of GnuCash is being installed the specific OS
it is being installed on and whether it is installed from a normal Windows
10 install or using a Flathub install. If it is not finding the 

If there is any identifying information for the specific update which caused
the fault this may help the developers track down the problem. You may need
to wait until John Ralls comes on line. AFAIK John handles the Windows 10
builds so it is likely he may be able to track it down.
