If it really is looking in the path " C\Program Files(x86)\nucash\bin\" and not "C\Program Files(x86)\gnucash\bin", it is likely there is a fault somewhere in the build and installation process in which case it will be important to identify exactly which version of GnuCash is being installed the specific OS it is being installed on and whether it is installed from a normal Windows 10 install or using a Flathub install.
