Michael I have to confess I don't know if you can edit the saved-reports-2.8 file. As it is a text file, it should be OK. I would keep a copy of the original just in case. It may be worth taking a good look at the first and last entries so you can establish the formatting. That looks like it would work from a look at my copy of it David
