I am seeing two error messages after upgrading from 5.12 to 5.13 in Windows 11 that are preventing Gnucash from running.

I have run gnucash-5.13.setup.exe as Administrator, clicked Run Anyway after Windows Defender SmartScreen issued its warning, seen 5.12 being uninstalled and 5.13 placed in its folder as usual. I have added a Taskbar icon and tried to run gnucash from it just like I am used to and I see the two popups...

gnucash.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point clock_gettime32 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files(x86)\gnucash\bin\libstdc++-6.dll

gnucash.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point pthread_cond_timedwait32 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files(x86)\gnucash\bin\libjavascriptcoregtk-3.0-0.dll

This is the first time I have seen these messages and a reinstall of 5.12 resolves the issue. Any clues?

Cheers, Daniel.
