Recently Microsoft and some third party security software packages have started blocking the installation of any software that didn't originate from the Microsoft store.
This particular roadblock is just a minor annoyance for informed users but for the rest of us it becomes a major problem. That is why it is important to precisely describe the problem to experienced users, to differentiate between those annoyances and real problems.
