It looks like it simply checks those off for you. You still have to review and finalize the reconciliation.

However, that brings up an interesting UI point:

Auto-cleared transactions should have some sort of special visual indicator to easily spot them during review. Based on the current UI, that would either have to involve an additional column, or perhaps some other obvious visual styling of that transaction line, perhaps changing its font to italic might be easiest. A tooltip would be in order when hovering over such transactions and/or additional language on the dialog itself.
