This procedure worked with me. I did not have success in using Microsoft Edge to download and would only get partial download. Use Firefox to download.

The solution (as I understand it) is to: 1. Exit any instances of GNUCash that are running. 2. Uninstall GNUCash 3. Delete the "gnucash" folder located in "C:\Program Files (x86)" 4.
