It's especially interesting because you're the second person has reported
that he was seeing the prompt for auto-payment, after not seeing it in
previous versions.

I never wanted the pop-up (I used to see it after every successful credit
card reconcilation), so I turned it off. It still seems to be off in 5.14
for me. Having it on is the default setting.
