One way to do it would be to NOT invoke the "Since Last Run" UNTIL you have gone into the SchedTXN editor and disabled all bar the one that you want to process, at any given time THEN run "Since Last Run". You could even leave them all disbaled, until you feel happy handling them all, or re-enable them, one by one, as you see fit. Depending on how many SchedTXN-s you have, it might be an awful lot of clicking through the various GUI dialogs, but as to whether it's more work than changing each status from "To-Create" to "Reminder", ...
