John, I am on MacBook M2 running Tahoe 26.5.1.
I downloaded the DMG from your link here, but the issue seems to persist. It’s not just on the Reports side, but all over GnuCash. Any popup that comes up makes GnuCash lose focus. For instance, on open, a Schedule Tranasactions list pops up, but without the application having focus. I dismiss the Scheduled Transactions dialog and GnuCash loses focus again. Same thing happens when I create an invoice, or for that matter, any workflow in GnuCash that brings up a popup makes the app lose focus. Also, the installed app shows version info as follows - Version: 5.16 Build ID: 5.16+(2026-06-27) Your link suggests the app version should be 5.16-3. I am not sure if that sheds some light. Please let me know if you need more info.
