I am following this guide:

Everything seems to go fine until I ran this command:
jhbuild -f src/gnucash-on-windows.git/jhbuildrc build
It gives me this output:

When I ran
jhbuild sysdeps --install
the first time, it installed some stuff, but gave me some messages about
things not found so I ran it multiple times with it installing some
packages.
Now, when I run it, nothing installs and I get this output:
