(Self-replying) maybe the following is fixed, which solves the
question and I should remove it from the wiki page
* if your !PostgreSQL server is listening on a port other than 5432:
* edit =bootstrap_gm_db_system.py=
* comment out line line 125 (=port = '' # to allow local
connections=)
* this is fixed in the next release

advised, even though it is seemingly already taken care of higher
up on the page, that if the PostgreSQL server is listening on some
port other than 5432, that the upgrade-db scripts must be edited to
take care of this. Is this no longer true with dh-
install_gnumed_server.sh ?
