All,

What's the trick for getting X to work on RC3? (It worked fine on Alpha 6.)

I installed the Xorg package. Here's what I get when I try to run startx:

X: user not authorized to run the X server, aborting.
giving up.
xinit: Connection refused (errno 146): unable to connect to X server
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.
/usr/bin/startx: line 164: kbd_mode: command not found

When I try to run startx as superuser, I get the following:

xauth: creating new authority file /root/.serverauth.2888
X: warning; process set to priority -1 instead of requested priority 0
