Dear Lynette,
There is no overarching website which documents works on Goan issues, and it
would be impossible to create one as there are members as widely spread as
Brazil working on Goan documentation. But if you narrow your scope and
specificity, this forum is very good at directing you in the right direction. I
found an amazing archive in Lisbon thanks to this group, which I will be
investigating later this year. My method is narrow down the time-frame and then
focus on sources which will most likely generate relevant information. For my
area, for instance, that is consular correspondence.
