Thanks for your advice, Ivan. However, I have already evaluated by degree at York University and they said it's equivalent to BA. I am told that is the standard procedure. I know of a lawyer who had to undergo one year's study at Queen's University, which she did by distance learning. Earlier, I have mentioned about a doctor who migrated was informed to upgrade herself and she went to McMaster University, in Hamilton, for a year before she could be granted a license to practice. I am not aware of rules Now that the Yori University, I am informed, has opened the doctorate level for seniors, I was told to try. I checked with one professor and was told to go to the Admissions and check. Also to request for a guide. However, I need to write my proposal and will get down to doing it. I am also a bit hesitant because of the time it will take, knowing that the degree is just for my satisfac. I have to take all factors into consideration. Eugene Correia
