Antruzi is the dialect that goes with the Devanagari script of Konkani.
Just as the Bardezi dialect (in our times) goes with Romi. Was surprised to
learn that the now derided Saxtti was considered standard Konkani in the
15th-17th centuries.
Konkani remains a confusing and often misunderstand topic in Goa, the
politics of which are probably not sufficiently studied too.
Please see one recent thesis on the Salcete Christian Konkani, with special
reference to the Sudhir-Gawadas:

Like most recent academic studies, this is in the Devanagari script though.
