Tai Chi is the vital force which promotes spiritual growth and a sense of inner well being. The therapeutic aspects of Tai Chi are manifold and well known for their impact on blood pressure; heart disease and other stress related ailments. Amongst other things it: harmonizes Yin and Yang energies; harmonizes Chi energy in blood circulation and increases white blood cell production; instills harmonic breathing patterns; improves posture , muscle tone, joint mobility and genetic awareness. About Martin: Very much part of global Goa's contemporary history, Martial Arts Master Martin Poetz first introduced formal Karate and Windsurfing classes to Goa more than twenty years ago. He has studied the martial arts in Germany and Japan. The spiritual power of Tai Chi has played a significant role in his evolution as a martial artist and he now conducts Tai Chi classes in both Europe and India. He has just returned from Germany where he conducted a Tai Chi workshop for former European Karate champion Sylvia Schnabel. A globe trotting renaissance man Martin also guides regular Royal Enfield motorbike tours in the high Himalaya, sings, plays the guitar and writes original lyrics. (Even if u don't take the course watch out for him at our Friday night bonfire!) ======================================================================== We need your help to introduce GoaNet to more Goans across the globe... ========================================================================
