Obviously, the word is "Principal". Sorry, for quoting the word exactly as it had appeared. Cartoonist Alexyz was with me when I did it, and we had a good laff at it. It was also meant to check whether anyone reads the GOACOM DAILY NEWS CLIPPINGS nowadays. Thanks for the response.

While both words have a similar sound, there is a lot of difference between
"Principle" and "Principal". Is the new post really that of "Principle
Director of Information, ..." (meaning that the incumbent will be in charge
of laying or framing principles for information, ...) or of "Principal
Director of Information, ..."?
