What a cleverly concocted summary. Now, isn�t the audience intelligent enough to summarize the debate and draw his/her own conclusion. Or do we need an emissary of our earlier debater to summarize on his behalf? Where one group member ceases his tirade, another emerges, from a coalition of peace-breakers.
Now, in the entire earlier discussions I have never said that �peace� is for the believer only. God�s peace is available to ALL, and it is up to man/woman to live in peace and harmony, and thus promote peace amongst fellow humans. God makes the sun rise, and the rains fall on the good and the bad, the just and unjust, the believer and the unbeliever alike. In essence, the post stated that peace is God given gift (to be shared by and amongst humankind).

Since the above twisted and concocted �summary� betrays the purpose of my recent debates, let me set this straight, one finally time:
1. To begin with, I did NOT start the �peace� debate, it was at least 6 (six) rounds/threads later, that I joined in.
2. The basic point I was making was that Santosh has no right to ridicule religious or spiritual beliefs. In this context, I specifically pointed to the biblical scriptures and �Jesus raising the dead man Lazarus to Life� and Santosh�s mockery and insensitive remarks in reference to the above, -- stating these were �games� and �The above miracles are an appeal to Ignorance....� The point is these are neither �games� nor �an appeal to ignorance� but are historical facts.
No religion is bad. But, when humans misuse religion for their own ulterior motives and commit ills in the name of religion, then this gives religion a bad name.
Finally, I thank Miguel for highlighting the quote from the Good Book of Proverbs:
"When a wise man argues with a fool; whether he raves or he laughs, there is no end."
Thanks Miguel. A word for the wise; it�s never too late to recognize what you are getting into. :)
