Hi Agnelo, Isn't this 'Tephdam'? Highly aromatic little green balls that are dried and used in the traditional Goa curry? I didn't know it was a relative of pepper but reading your quote it kind of makes sense - they are spicy and yet tangy hence perhaps 'limonella'?
