Dear Tony, Thank you for the clarification. I regret for replying to your post as late as this cause I was involved in a minor scooter mishap. Nothing serious but because of the jarring knock on the head, I was out of commission for a full week. Am back to almost 85 percent. I wish you and the GWS all the very best. I do have my own reservations but I am not against the Samelan. It must continue and foster confidence in NRIs to take Goa places where it deserves.
