In response to 3-fold strategy of Cecil Pinto and his initiative to appoint a Technical Committee to take it forward, I am not sure if I should begin by thanking him for inclusion of my name in that august committe! In any case my grateful thanks are due to Oliver / Cecil Farmaceuticals Unltd. for their *Disporia* product as alternative treatment for the ills of all those (mine included) suffering from acute *diasporosis*. Fortunately, the new alternative is not patented. Frederick Noronha has now more than just Linux freeware and goanet to promote! The newly appointed Technical Committee has done enormous amount of homework overnight and come up with a couple of strategies, thus boiling down 3-fold strategy to 2-fold! This 2-fold solution is however a standby-strategy, in case all earlier 3 strategies fail! Strategy #1: A superdelta force has been created under operational command of Kolax, Maski and Lorri (not real names, but they are new Goan surnames to be included in the list of Goan surnames under preparation on special request of the Technical Committee). They all belong to the South Goa *Sunni* triangle of *Sodam* loyalists. It is believed that their contacts with UK and Portugal will be of importance to conduct the mission with success. The gist of the mission may become somewhat clear from the second strategy. Strategy #2: Following the attention drawn by Dr. Sergio Mascarenhas, it is to be admitted that the imperialism /colonialism today is global (not just western) and includes *Hindu right* in our country of origin! We feel sorry for Mr. Budha who spent his life in preaching his *ashtangika* (8-fold path of *right* behaviour) marga. Today only Tibetan restaurants and their culinary specialities, particularly delicious *mome*, are welcome globally. We shall be fair to *all imperialists*, and condescending towards all their victims! We have though some doubts about this *global* issue ever since BBC told us recently this week that since 1973 at least, whenever the Americans refer to global interests in the Middle East or Central Asia, they mean American oil interests! Perhaps Dr. Sergio could come to our rescue and clarify us little further on these ambiguities. We will withhold till then the more crucial phase of our strategy. We shall spend this phase in ridding our minds from wrong and third-world concepts of imperialism and in keeping also with the *sagrad ladinh* of the lofty ideals of *goenchem prize*, as proclaimed by Dr. Santosh Helekar from the home base at the opening of 2004, we shall get rid of all myths and *sacred* historical traditions, and move steadily towards the ideal and democratic, neo-liberal goals. We shall then be prepared to join the *coalition* forces and order the bombing of the recalcitrant and unbending Oxford Dictionary sages! The superdelta force has taken its job seriously and discovered that the base of those sages is located in the mythical school of Sagres in southern Portugal! There the preparations were made to reach Goa and to impose the Camonsh (as spelt and pronounced by Suleman Ruxdi in his *Last Laugh of the Moor*) phase of linguistic imperialism that was followed and overshadowed by Shaiksporian imperialism. The superdelta force suggests our requesting the 101 airborne division and Delta operationals to bom that secret base, where the intoxication with Sandeman Porto is causing all the delays in recognition of Konglish! Fred will surely give me his personal support and use his influence with Herald to get 'disporia' used in the newspaper as often as possible. Herald's readership is at least 1,40,000, if not more. Plus we have the online edition of Herald which reaches thousands over the globe. And of course Fred's own regular contributions to mailing lists.
