I do believe that the past should not be misused for the present. At the same time, the past should not be projected in a wrong manner, with the fear that it will be misused.

It was not only the beliefs of the forefathers of the present Hindus that was denigrated, etc., but also of the forefathers of the present day Christians.

Diana also wrote: "After all, we are all journeying to the same destination albeit through different paths. And I believe that no single religion can claim to have a monopoly on salvation."

The multiple paths to salvation is what exists in polytheistic religions, and not monotheistic.
