I have a question, I hope some netters will participate. I've noticed that very often (and rightly so - oh, excuse me, George, shall I say correctly so?) the caste system is hammered on this forum. I wonder, how many subscribers have married OUTSIDE of their caste? Presuming, of course, that anyone is willing to admit that he/she even KNOWS his/her caste ;-)). It took me a long time to find out what my husband's caste is, I believe one of his four elder sisters told me, he himself wouldn't discuss it.
I'll be the first to answer: I have no caste (we're an inter-racial couple) but my husband married me anyway. So, we know that at least one subscriber married out of his caste.
