Were the Governor, Chief Secretary, Chief of Police under the BJP-Vajpayee/Parrikar combine from INSIDE Goa ?
Who did Mr. Parrikar appoint as his information secretary? What were his qualifications to be Information (of Goa) Secretary as opposed to (say) amcho Joel D'Souza?
Hear this again:
Goans forfeited their right for calling ANY Indian a "bhailo", once they just rolled over and protested NOT when Chacha Nehru (no relative of Alfredchacha) did NOT even bother to include the Freedom Fighters in the first Govt of Goa.i.e. 1961-63
Unless somebody wants to tell me that Candeth = Candido = almost Goan.
That only makes him Lusitanian like the next dada of Goa, but not a Goan.
