Zenith Computers Ltd's board of directors will increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 32 crore to Rs 50 crore. The board will consider to issue of securities from Rs 100 crore to Rs 300 crore. Zenith Computers Ltd or simply 'Zenith'is one of India's most powerful brands in the IT industry.
