Greetings, We have just set up our company in Bardez and are looking for several staff (programmers, researchers, office boys).
My question is what would be the best way to attract local people? Is it better to advertise in local newspapers and local websites, if so which ones? Or should we advertise on the nation wide recruitment websites and nation wide newspapers, if so which ones are most read in Goa?. Or do people get jobs by word of mouth?
