Fred, Every Goan organisation that I know lists its President and committee members prominently. These people are often pillars of the community. They are elected, serve their term and when they do a good job, re-elected again. I have seen/been part of this set up in India, Tanzania, the US and Canada. Goanet does not list the people who run it. I have asked repeatedly who runs this net and no one reply's. Sad to point out that this is also part of the Goanet story, i.e. for the past 20 years.
