I am grateful to readers' overwhelming responses received both on Goanet and 
privately, not only for the prawn and fish curries, but for other dishes I was 
asked to try out, some from guarded family recipes. 

I shall be responding individually (some have asked me to rate the taste) and I 
look forward to many spare hours of happy cooking that would otherwise have 
been taken up with less worthy pursuits.

Viva the real Goan cuisine.
