--------------------------- Dear Philip, Have you noticed how you and I are the only ones obsessed with topics of city renewal, infrastructural investment, etc. The rest of the GOAN forum seems preoccupied with plagiarism. Since I don't currently reside in Goa, maybe I'm not in the know, is plagiarism a big issue in Goa at the moment? Are writers plagiarising each other at every opportunity? Are politicians plagiarising each other's manifestos? This could be the reason why they all seem to have the same ways of deceiving the citizenry. Are students plagiarising each other's papers? Wasn't this called copy-cat, in the old days? I think the two of us should also stop bothering with these pesky issues of cities and townships. After this plagiarism topic comes to an end, bring back that culer and canto topic, I say. take care, selma ____________________________________________________________________________________ Expecting?
