Joe Lobo as far as I can remember was a pro Goan, unlike a few on this forum who pro ghantis. RIP Joe. B. Colaço.

I was saddened to hear that Joe passed away last night with his family around him, from an obit notice of a Goan organization. We will all miss you Joe.
