After reading Roland Francis' post appended infra, I am beginning to agree with Nehru's stated opinion of Goans i.e. Goa ke Log Ajeeb hai ( Goans are strange folks ). Either that or another Goan writer has hacked Roland's email account and written the attached weirdness.
But then, I could be wrong and Roland will expand on his thoughts. Is he saying that a Democracy is only a Democracy when it produces an Election Result 'we' agree with ?
